1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
¼ cup diced red onion (optional)
1 Tbsp taco seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)

Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning if using.
Warm the Cheese Sauce:
